Review Export
The review export is used to export a human readable version of the weeks timesheet data. It is used to review the data before it is sent to the payroll system.
Usage
The review export page can be access by clicking the "Review Export" link in the navigation bar.
Please note that the review export page should only be accessed from your PC. If you do not have the link to the page, please contact IT services.
Upon clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter a PIN code. This can only be entered using the on-screen buttons. Contact IT services for the PIN code.
After entering the correct PIN code you will be taken to the user review export page.
To export the report, please select the week comencing Saturday from the date picker. Then fill out the metres of piles produced each day in the form below.
All fields are requred so I there was no production on a day, please enter 0. Once the form is complete click the Submit button to generate the report. You will be presented with an excel download.
Should there be any errors in the data, you will be presented with a list of errors. Please correct these and try again.
